Offshore Structures

REA can provide structural engineering services to support Structural Integrity management through the assessment of offshore structures.  This includes structural inspections, modelling, analysis and reporting as primary methods of confirming structures are fit for service.

REA can provide engineering services for concept development, structural design, analysis and certification of complex lifting operations, installation methodology and fabrication details for PAUs (pre-assembled units).

With extensive experience of advanced non-linear finite element analysis techniques, API and DNV codes, REA can also provide third party verification of work by others.

REA has accumulated considerable experience in the design of repairs and modifications of ageing offshore structures.  This includes upgrade projects ranging from minor modifications to larger detailed design projects.
